The future of Palestine would be assured by an effort on the part of the Jewish people for comradeship with the Jewish and Arab workers in Palestine and the sympathy of British and international labor, declared Salman Rubashov, a leader of the General Federation of Jewish Labor in Palestine, speaking today before the International Federation of Trade Unions’ Congress. The other Palestine delegate was David Ben Gurion, president of the General Federation of Jewish Labor.

Mr. Rubashov expressed the fear that the awakening of the Arab masses by the Arab effendis might cause disturbances. He said that the hope in the Labor government of England had not been fulfilled, the Colonial officials not being marked by a spirit of labor.
