A charitable trust fund of $100,000, to be known as the “Leo Feist Charities Trust” and to be disposed at the discretion of the majority of its trustees, is provided in the will of the late Leo Feist, the well-known music publisher who died on June 21. The entire estate which Mr. Feist left is estimated at one million dollars.

As trustees of the fund, Mr. Feist appointed his wife, Mrs. Bessie Feist, and their three sons, Nathan, Milton and Leonard. In his will Mr. Feist stated that the income of the fund is to be “devoted to the welfare of humanity”.
