Close cooperation between all Islamic countries along Pan-Islamic lines and a pact with the Christian nations is reported to constitute the program of the Grand Mufti as outlined at the recent meeting of the Arab Executive. As this meeting he undertook to take up a half share of the proposed Arab land purchasing company and said to the members of the Executive, “Do not ask me where I will get the money. I am responsible for getting it.”

Moghanem, a prominent member of the Arab Executive, is understood to have demonstratively left the meeting because the plans for the land purchasing company were not expedited and the Islamic-Christian alliance against the Jews discussed instead.
