David Goldstein, local lawyer, has won the Democratic nomination for Congress from the fourth district. Mr. Goldstein, a former member of the Worcester public welfare board, is an ex-president of the local B’nai Brith lodge. Should he be elected he will be the first Jew to represent a Massachusetts constituency in Congress since Leopold Morse was elected from a Boston district in 1887 for his second term.
