The Jewish Socialist Party Bund will not contest the elections to the Jewish Communities in Poland which take place in May, the Central Committee of the Bundist Party in plenary session decided to-day. The present political situation, the resolution says, is such that the Jewish Communities are nothing but nests of militant Jewish clericalism. The power of the Fascist reaction has made its exponent in Jewish life, the Agudath Israel, the actual dictator of the Jewish Communities, as is clearly shown by the Government regulation depriving unbelievers of the right to vote in the Community elections.
