Poland Cutting Expenses “axes” Trade Department in Palestine: Jewish Ex-deputy Hausner Resigns Post.

Ex-Deputy Hausner, who was previously one of the Zionist members of the Club of Jewish Deputies in the Polish Parliament, has resigned his post as Polish Commercial Representative in Tel Aviv, in consequence, it is understood, of the abolition of the office which was created for him a few years ago, as part of the general economy campaign undertaken by the Government in connection with which large numbers of Government officials are being dismissed and many others are having their salaries reduced commencing in August.
