The Jewish Agency schools will be reopened to-morrow (Monday), notwithstanding the £20,000 reduction in the educational budget, the Jewish Agency teachers have decided at a special meeting held in Jerusalem to-day. At the same time, however, the meeting has adopted a resolution declaring the conviction of the teachers that the cut is bound to disintegrate the Jewish school system.

So long as the reductions it has decided on are introduced, the Jewish Agency Executive is not expected to place any difficulties in the way of reopening the schools, even though it does not approve of the action of the teachers in declaring their disbelief in the ability to maintain the school system with the heavy cut made in the budget.
