A testimonial dinner was given here last night to Mr. Emanuel Neuman, the American member of the Zionist World Executive, prior to his departure shortly for London and Palestine.

Rabbi Dr. Stephen S. Wise, Judge Julian W. Mack, Mr. Louis Lipsky, Mr. Robert Szold, and Judge William M. Lewis, spoke, paying tribute to Mr. Neuman’s services to the movement, particularly during the last few months in connection with his successful efforts in restoring unity in the American Zionist Organisation.

It is gratifying, Mr. Emanuel said, to know that my efforts and activities here during the past months have met with the approval of my colleagues. I have delayed my departure from America because of the repeated requests which I have received from them. I feel, however, now that the time has come when I can wind up these activities, and proceed to take up my duties.
