The High Commissioner, General Sir Arthur Wauchope, has cancelled the order to transfer the Tel Aviv Magistrates’ Court to Jaffa.
The decision originated with the judicial authorities, it is learned, who had taken the view that the concentration of all the courts in one place would promote efficiency.
