A junior branch of the American Jewish Congress has been formed in this city, the first of its kind in New England. The work of this branch will follow the general plan of studying present-day Jewish world history and the problems and difficulties of the Jewish people.
Harold Thurman of this city heads the group with Mrs. Augustus Holzman as advisor.
