Asks Injunction Against Goglu Papers

E. Abugav, a Jewish merchant of Lachine, today sought an injunction against the publishers of the Goglu papers to restrain them from writing, publishing, editing and distributing any journals and articles of a calumnious and libelous nature against the Jews and the Jewish race in general.

The injunction proceedings will be heard in court tomorrow.
