E. L. Meyer has been named vice-president of the Atlanta Bar Association.
Mr. Meyer is prominently identified with Jewish circles in Atlanta.
The 145th anniversary of the adoption of the constitution of the United States will be observed during Constitution Week, beginning Saturday, September 17, by Jewish Centers, including Y. M. H. A.’s and Y. W. H. A.’s throughout the United States.
