The Labor Court today ordered the Government Radio station to re-employ the manager of its broadcasting department who had been dismissed because he is a Jew.

The dismissed employe is Dr. Kirschner, a naturalized Hungarian Jew.

The court ruled that the fact that Dr. Kirschner is a Jew is no cause for dismissal.

The head of the government radio station is the Nazi secretary of State, Scholtz.
