The Supreme Court of Palestine today confirmed the fifteen year sentence imposed upon Rashed Osman for the murder of Zalia Zohar and M. Stahl, a young Jewish couple who disappeared while on a walking tour and whose decomposed bodies were found many months later.
Osman’s appeal for a new trial was rejected by the court.
The Court also confirmed the death sentence imposed upon Mustafa Jeebawi for the murder of Mrs. Miller, wife of a High British official.
