At a meeting of the National Council of the Canadian Zionist Organization, A. M. Shinbane of Winnipeg was elected a vice-president, succeeding F. M. Sures, who resigned.
Mr. Shinbane is the president of the Western Canadian Zionist Region. He is a prominent Winnipeg attorney and has been special Crown Prosecutor for the Province of Manitoba.
