Denial was made here yesterday that the Agudath Israel representative, Deputy Wislicki, had resigned from the Polish Government Club of Parliament.

The rumor of Wislicki`s resignation spread following an address he delivered severely criticizing the government policy as ruinous to Jewish trade.

The Jewish deputy’s address, delivered at a meeting of the Jewish Merchants Union, occasioned considerable surprise inasmuch as he is a member of a party known for its friendly attitude toward the government.
