A Jewish student, Goldschmidt, was suspended from Breslau University yesterday for the remainder of the semester for resisting the attacks of Hitlerites, during the course of which he was severely injured.

The suspension sentence was passed on the Jewish student by the same University court which merely reprimanded Nazi students who attacked Professor Ernst Cohn last week.
