Rosenwald Listed Among 10 Who Contributed Most to Chicago’s Progress

The late Julius Rosenwald was named by Miss Jane Addams, head of Hull House, as one of the ten men who have “contributed the most to the progress of Chicago during the first century of the city”.

Miss Addams prepared the list of leaders at the request of the Presbyterian Banner, with the view of selecting men for special honors during the World’s Fair year.
