Jabotinsky’s dissolution of the Revisionist Executive is illegal, declared Meer Grossman in a statement to the J. T. A., on behalf of the Revisionist Executive. He emphasized that the Executive was subject only to the authority of the World Conference, which was as elected body. He described Mr. Jabotinsky’s act in approving a separate “Jabotinsky list” for the Congress, and the establishment of a separate Secretariat as an unheard of breach of discipline, which he declared was not binding for the Revisionist Organization.

Meer Grossman, who is one of the Vice-Presidents of the Revisionist World Union, and hitherto in charge of the London bureau of the Organization, further declared that Jabotinsky’s “putsch” would be sharply rejected by the Organization. He also announced that all Revisionist groups or individuals, disobeying the instructions of the Revisionist Executive would be immediately expelled.

Dealing specifically with Jabotinsky’s act in supporting participation in the Congress elections by heading the election lists of his supporters, M. Grossman described it as a “hypocritical manoeuvre” on the part of Jabotinsky, who, he said, had for years preached cessation from the Zionist Organization.
