The rabbis of New York City will plead for stricter Sabbath observance in their sermons to be delivered December 16, in compliance with a request of the Jewish Sabbath Alliance. A direct mail campaign and appeals made in synagogues and the press will have as its purpose to induce the youth of America to observe the holy day.
