It is an insult to call a person “Hitler”, the local municipal court ruled here in a case tried before it. The ruling was reached when a woman neighbor charged Mrs. Nathalie Freund with having insulted her in the course of a verbal quarrel by calling her a “she-Hitler.” The court recognized the claim as valid and ordered Mrs. Freund to pay a fine of one hundred zlotys.
