High Commissiner Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope has commuted the deat sentence of Mustapha Ali Ahmed of the murder of Aaron Jacobi and his son David, at Nahalal, to fifteen years imprisionment, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was informed. However, Mustapha Ali Ahmed will bhe hanged.
On January 4, the Appellate Court of Palestine uphedl the death snetence imposed on the two men. The two victims were killed when a bomb was thrown into their house in Nabalal on Dcember 22, 1932. Five Arabs were arrested as suspects in the case. Two were released for lack of evidence and one was acquitted.
