Mrs. Abram I. Elkus, wife of the former Ambassador to Turkey, will head the patronesses and hostesses committees for the annual luncheon and meeting of the Women’s Division of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies, Mrs. Sidney C. Borg, chairman, announced yesterday.

The luncheon, which is to be held at the Hotel Commodore on April 19, will be followed by the annual meeting. Reports will be presented on the work of the organization for the past year. A discussion on social service under the New Deal will be held.
