Film Censorship Campaign Opposed by Dr. Trippy

Catholic, Protestant and Jewish groups here which are now engaged in a campaign to end the production of indecent films and stage shows continued yesterday to elaborate their plans for the clean-up.

At the same time opposition to a severe censorship began to develop among various groups. The Rev. Dr. Worth M. Tippy, who declared that he was speaking for the National Council of Protestant Churches said that he was against censorship, but urged the motion picture producers to put their own house in order.
