The annual Congress of the Jewish Youth Organizations of Scandinavia will be held in Oslo from August 5 to 8. Ten Jewish youth Organizations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland will be represented. The principal papers will be read by Rabbi Dr. Marcus Melchior of Copenhagen and Rabbi Julius Samuel of Malmo.
