Mischa Levitsky, pianist; Toscha Seidl, violinist, and Victor Chenkin, singer of folk songs, will participate in a musical festival to be held on November 4 in Carnegie Hall for the benefit of the Jewish National Fund, it was announced yesterday by Dr. Israel Goldstein, president of the Fund.
