The cases of Bessie Neuenhaus vs. Arthur Pantermehl, and Pantermehl vs. George Moore, resulting from alleged Nazi activities in Mountainview, have been referred here by Judge Freeman to the Grand Jury convening September 25.

Mrs. Neuenhaus accuses Pantermehl of being one of a group of fifteen Nazis who attacked her husband, Moore and his wife as they were returning at four o’clock in the morning from an inn where Neuenhaus plays in the orchestra.
