American Aid to Kin in Latvia Decreases

During the past year American Jews have sent their relatives in Latvia only one-third as much money as in former years, a bulletin published by the government statistical bureau, reveals.

While sums received here in the past have often totalled $1,500,000 they amounted to only $500,000 last year, the report indicates.
