A mental hygiene lecture course, which is being sponsored by Jewish, Catholic and Protestant Big Sisters organizations, was announced yesterday by Mrs. Sidney C. Borg, chairman of the cooperative committee of the Big Sisters.

Dr. Dawson G. Lowrey, chairman of the New York Mental Hygiene Committee and instructor in social psychiatry at the New York School of Social Work, will give the course and lead the discussion.

The course is planned for all who are interested in the field of mental hygiene. Dr. Lowrey will present the fundamental principles of personality development and modern concepts of the treatment of behavior difficulties.

Lectures will be held on alternate Tuesday afternoons at the Federation building, 71 West Forty-seventh street.
