To the Editor, Jewish Daily Bulletin:
Your article, “Reporter assigned to borrow twenty-five dollars brings back news,” is surely very authentic. The readers of your paper could not have been more thoroughly informed as to the opportunity men have to borrow small or large sums of money when in need, with no interest to pay and no questions asked as to race or creed or disposition of said loan.
I had the opportunity at different times to apply for one, and so was brought in contact with Mr. Braverman, of whom you speak. I found him much more sympathetic and heartening to the borrowers than your reporter did. He seems to be always willing to advise when asked to do so, and does so cheerfully
