A.â€”According to the Agudath Harabonim, sturgeon is not kosher. The sturgeon lacks scales and has a black roe, certain signs of a non-kosher fish.
Q.â€”Is there a strictly kosher gelatine available on the market? â€”Mary R. Cohen.
