Jerome N. Frank, general counsel of the Agriculture Adjustment Administration since the Farm Relief Act was passed in May, 1933, today tendered his resignation to Secretary of Agriculture Henry A. Wallace.
The resignation of Mr. Frank is a result of the reorganization of the administration. Mr. Frank is a Chicago Jewish atorney, noted for his liberalism.
In administration circles it was explained that the resignation was in the interest of “harmony,”
