Lehman Heads Body for Jewish Education

Governor Herbert H. Lehman has been elected a member of the Committee of One Hundred of the Jewish Education Association, it was announced Friday. The purpose of the committee is to provide the means for extending the activities of the association, each member being pledged to provide a minimum of $1,000 annually to the scholarship fund of the association which pays tuition fees in Jewish religious schools for children of the poor.
