The Philadelphia Jewish World, a Jewish daily which has been in existence here for more than twenty years, suspended publication today.
Nathan Fleischer, editor and publisher of the paper since its reorganization a year ago, ascribed the closing to internal difficulties. Mr. Fleischer declared the paper will reappear in the near future as a politically independent daily.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
