supported by the Tarbuth, the Hebrew educational organization, and by the Zisho, the central Yiddish school organization, will not enjoy the privileges now granted by the government to the Agudah schools.

While the extreme orthodox Jewish schools were placed in a privileged position by the government today, the Jewish schools where a general education is given in Hebrew and Yiddish are struggling for their existence, since many cities have withdrawn their subsidies from these schools and no subsidy is now granted them by the government.
