The Retail Kosher Meat Trade Code Authority has been thrown into involuntary bankruptcy by Nathan Langsam, one of its employees, it was learned yesterday.

Langsam, who was employed as associate counsel, said he hopes to collect through the action some portion of back wages due him.

The Code Authority suspended business about two weeks before the NRA was invalidated by the Supreme Court, owing back wages to a number of employees.

It was found that the Code Authority had more than $500 in cash besides other assets when it was thrown into bankruptcy. Employees and creditors have six months to file claims.
