A huge cortege followed the hearses of the six victims of the collapse of the old house of Mme. Curie, co-discoverer of radium, in the Jewish quarter here. Government authorities and representatives of the Jewish communities and the rabbinate participated in the ceremonies. Shops were closed on the streets where the procession passed.
