In an effort to end factional strife within the movement, David Ben-Gurion, leading member of the Zionist Executive and representative of the Laborites who control a majority of the 450 congress seats, today sounded the call for formation of a coalition executive. His proposal, namely that each large faction be given two seats in the executive, is slated to be taken up at the Congress.
