A total of 197,283 persons in 309 communities of Poland evinced support of the constituent congress of the new Independent Zionist Organization which will be held in Vienna Sept. 7 by participating in the election of delegates to the congress, it was revealed today.
About four-fifths of the votes were cast for the United Revisionist list and the rest were divided among various independent candidates. The Revisionists are predominant in the group which broke away from the World Zionist Organization and is setting up a separate organization.
