Demanding the “riddance of the Jewish pest” by depriving Jews of the possibility of earning a living, Nazi District Leader Dr. Roth declared in an address at a Nazi meeting in Mannheim today that it is “intolerable” that Jews hold positions which could be filled by Germans.

In Schweiler, the district court removed the jurisdiction of the guardian of a “non-Aryan” who had consented to the marriage of his ward to an “Aryan.”

The Court of Appeals at Aachen refused to reverse the decision, holding that the Nazi blood principle has become a principle of law.
