Sir Horace Rumboldt in Geneva for Refugee Parley

Sir Horace Humboldt, former British Ambassador to Germany, arrived here today to preside at a conference of League of Nations experts and representatives of Jewish organizations called to discuss plans for the settlement of 200,000 German Jews in Palestine within six years.

Sir Horace came directly from Berlin where he is believed to have conferred with representatives of the British Government with regard to the latest anti-Jewish persecutions in the Reich.
