Large scale socialization of Jewish and non-Jewish enterprises will be undertaken in 1936 by the German Government, it is revealed today in Der Angriff, mouthpiece of Propaganda Minister Paul Joseph Goebbels.

The disclosure is made in an article captioned “The Road to a Socialist Economic System.”

The article, pointing out that the Socialist part of the Nazi Party’s program has not been given up, declares that laws will shortly be issued which will define “the owner of an enterprise in the Nazi Reich not as a private person but as a public servant.”

“The Nazi Government,” Der Angriff declares, “considers the spirit in which an enterprise is conducted more important than the person who is its owner.”

Using that theory as a springboard, the paper states that the State will take over every enterprise which is being conducted in a capitalistic spirit, that is in a spirit contrary to the tenets of the Nazi party.
