A Kishineff court heard a Government attorney, during the trial of Prof. Constantine Scujasi, declare that “all Jews are dangerous.”

The statement was made in answer to a Jewish student who, testifying for the defendant, said that right-wing leanings could be observed among Jewish students as well as others.

The presiding judge rebuked the Government attorney, replying that “all citizens, regardless of their religion, are equal before the court, only those being dangerous who violate the law.”
