Jew Jailed for Tearing Down Nazi Election Poster

A Hildesheim court has sentenced a sixty-six-year old Jew, whose name was not given, to one-months’ imprisonment for tearing down a poster urging the electorate to vote for Hitler, it was reported here today. The defendant said the poster had already been torn down and that he merely picked it up.
