Three thousand British troops of the First Division left today for Palestine on the troopship Nevasa and the liner Laurentic. They comprise the second contingent of approximately 15,000 troops that have been ordered to the Holy Land to suppress the 21-week-old Arab rebellion, a first transport of 1,700 having sailed Saturday on the troopship Dorsetshire.
