The finance division of the Emergency Relief Bureau will send out 57,179 regular semi-monthly relief checks tomorrow to make certain that Jewish recipients receive their allowances in time for Rosh Hashonah, Miss Charlotte E. Carr, executive director of the ERB, announced today.
