Submission by the Jewish Agency for Palestine of a short written list of Jewish immigration grievances was suggested today by Lord Peel, chairman of the British Royal Commission which is investigating Arab disorders. He said the list would enable the commission to concentrate on the high points of the Jewish case.

Dr. Werner Senator, head of the Jewish Agency’s immigration department, continued his testimony on the routine involved in distribution of labor immigration certificates.
