Jews in Polish Town Hear of $6,000,000 Bequest

The town of Stanislaus, Galicia, received news from the Dutch Indies today that a Jewish planter has died there leaving Stanislan relatives 12,000,000 Dutch guilder (approximately $6,000,000).

The planter, Isaac Van Gloom, was born in the Galician town under the name of Isaac Grindlingen, according to the reports, and emigrated 30 years ago.
