SAO PAULO, Brazil (Jan. 15)
Sixteen Jewish refugees from Germany who arrived here on tourist visas were today refused admittance into the country. Seven others were arrested in Sao Paulo on information furnished the authorities by reputed Nazi groups, but were later released.
