High Commissioner Sir Arthur Wauchope told a delegation of Arab leaders today that discussion of reports that the Royal Commission would recommend partition of Palestine was premature since nobody knew the contents of the Commission’s report.
The delegation, representing the Arab Supreme Committee, was headed by the Grand Mufti, Haj Amin al Husseini, and Auni Bey Abdul Hadi, leader of the Palestine Independence Party.
